Only members whose membership is active or in a trial. Cancelled, expired and past-due memberships do not count.
The count is reported to Stripe as it changes, so if someone cancels partway through a month you are not billed for them the following month.
Your first 50 active members are free. Above that it is £79/month up to 100 members, £99/month up to 500 members and £149/month beyond that. Membership management is included at every tier.
Modules such as Class Management, Contracts & Waivers and Day Passes are priced separately in the App Store, and the first time you turn one on it starts with a 7-day trial period. There is no setup fee, no contract and no annual price rise.
Your bill moves to the new tier from your next invoice. Nothing is charged retrospectively and nothing is interrupted. You will not be locked out for growing.
Email support@ciclex.com and we will cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling Ciclex does not cancel your members. Their subscriptions live on your Stripe account and keep running there.
