Everything a gym runs, in one place
Membership management is included. Each of the others is a Module you switch on when you need it and off when you do not, billed on its own.
Members join at your address and pay you directly
Members join, pay and change their own plan without going through you, and the money arrives in your Stripe account rather than ours. A member whose card fails shows as past due in your member list instead of going unnoticed until they stop coming in.

Members bring in members
Switch on the Referral programme in Promotions, set the credit, and choose whether the friend gets a discount too. A credit is issued only after the friend’s first payment has cleared.
A Member shares their link
Every Member with a live Membership gets their own Referral link the first time they open Refer a friend.
A friend joins
The link can apply a Friend discount at signup, such as 25% off the first payment. You choose the code, or offer none.
Their first payment clears
The Referral stays pending until it does.
The Member is credited
A fixed Referral credit is added to their balance in your Stripe account and comes off their next payment automatically.
An example
Say a friend joins a £48.00 a month Plan using a Friend discount code that takes 25% off the first payment. That payment is £36.00. When it clears, the Member who shared the link is credited £10.00 off their next payment. The amounts are yours to set.
The Referral programme is part of the Promotions Module, which is priced separately in the App Store.
Where the money goes
Every payment goes from the member to a Stripe account you own, and from there to your bank. Ciclex reads it back for your dashboard.
Creates the customer and subscription on your account and reads them back for your dashboard. It never holds a balance. If Ciclex vanished tomorrow, every member would keep billing from your own Stripe dashboard.

Connect a Stripe account in your name
During setup you open a Standard Stripe account in your name and finish it on Stripe’s own pages. From then on it is yours, whichever platform you used before.
- Step 2
We set up your plans and members with you
Send us your member list and current prices. There is no import button yet, so we do it by hand and check it with you before anyone is charged.
- Step 3
Members enter their card once
Cards held by your old platform can sometimes be moved to your Stripe account on request. Where they cannot, each member enters their card once.

Pay for what you run
Membership Management and Teams & Staff are included at every tier. Each Module is its own monthly price, so a gym that runs no classes pays nothing for Class Management. Choose what you use to see your price.
What you get
The first time you turn a Module on it starts with a 7-day trial period, and you can turn it off whenever you like. It stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Stripe’s own fees on member payments are separate, and Ciclex adds none.

Yours. Ciclex connects to a Stripe account that belongs to you, a Standard Connect account in Stripe's terms. Your members are customers on your account, their subscriptions are real Stripe subscriptions on your account, and payouts go to your bank on your schedule.
We never hold your money. There is no Ciclex balance that your revenue passes through, and we take no cut of what your members pay you.
No. This is the whole point of the way we are built. Your members exist as customers and subscriptions on your own Stripe account, so if Ciclex disappeared tomorrow you could keep billing every one of them from your Stripe dashboard without us.
There is no exit fee and nothing to buy back.
No. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees, exactly as you would if you used Stripe directly, and you pay Ciclex a flat monthly subscription based on your active member count. We add nothing on top of your transactions.
Stripe retries it on your account's retry schedule, and we mark the membership as past due so you can see it at a glance on your members list.
Chasing it is your call, not an automatic one. Open the member and send them a link to update their card. It takes them straight to a secure Stripe page, and nothing about their membership changes until they pay.
No. Your signup page, member portal and member emails all carry your gym's name, logo and colours. Members never need to know Ciclex exists.
Email support@ciclex.com and we will cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling Ciclex does not cancel your members. Their subscriptions live on your Stripe account and keep running there.
